Our hearts are with everyone around the world who has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, and we are incredibly grateful to all who are working hard to keep our communities healthy and safe.
We wanted to share some related service updates (including extended returns) with you, as well as some of the things we’re doing for the wellbeing of our community in mind.
We’re taking safety precautions with your orders.
We can assure you that our inventory is always clean and in new condition when you receive it. We have increased health and safety measures at our distribution centers to protect both our employees and our clients. The CDC and Health Canada have also stated that there is low risk of the virus spreading from products that are shipped over a period of several days at ambient temperatures. Based on guidance from health agencies, and our own stringent practices, we are confident that you are safe shopping with us.
Please don’t stress about returns.
Your health and safety are the most important things at this time. Your returns shouldn’t be another thing to worry about. We have extended our return window to 14 days, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you need additional time.
We take the health and wellbeing of our team seriously.
We’ve increased health and safety measures at all of our distribution centers with things like deep and frequent cleaning, smaller, staggered shifts and adjusted workstations to ensure social distancing. Our staff require masks and we are providing gloves for all employees, and onsite health screenings. In addition, no members of our onsite teams are required to come to work, and we are offering employees flexibility with both work schedules and sick time. We are supporting those who choose to stay home with extended pay and benefits.
In some cases, we’re experiencing shipping delays.
Due to the impact of public health ordinances happening at local and state levels, alongside increased health and safety measures we’ve implemented at our distribution centers to protect our employees, some orders might be delayed. That said, we are actively working to get your package to your doorstep as soon as possible! We appreciate your patience if you experience any delays at this time.
